We are so excited to announce that WeDidIt will be joining forces with the Allegiance Fundraising Group (AFG), a technology leader in the nonprofit CRM software space for public media organizations since 1978.
But in the last 3 years, Allegiance has been assembling a remarkable team and suite of products to deliver the most dynamic end-to-end fundraising solution to nonprofits the industry has ever seen. So, this acquisition reflects AFG’s commitment to supporting nonprofits with tools and services designed to help them grow.
For the past 7 years, WeDidIt’s mission has been to help nonprofits more easily raise money online. We’ve specifically put focus on empowering fiscal sponsors, zoos, aquariums and human service organizations to engage their donors online. Fortunately, our acquisition will enable us to increase our level of support and deliver better fundraising tools and services to each of our customers.
So how does this acquisition affect your organization? Nothing will change for your organization’s WeDidIt account. At most, you may notice some new names and faces delivering you support. But ultimately, you will be able to continue your use of the WeDidIt platform, and will be able to leverage new tools and services provided by the Allegiance Fundraising Group.
Under our new management, Logan Montone will be your first resource for customer support, leading the charge on client service issues reported via support tickets, email and phone. Ben Lamson, Bryan Liff and myself have moved into management positions at Allegiance where we can deploy more resources to WeDidIt client user and introduce our platform to more nonprofits.
Overall, we are so very grateful to have reached this point in our business. And without a doubt, we wouldn’t have gotten here without the support our loyal clients like you. But as you know, there’s still a lot of work to be done. We anticipate that this merger will bring many improvements to our platform & services, but more importantly - it’ll allow you to accelerate your charitable work with a lot more resources behind you.
