Raise your hand if you've ever dealt with the horror of a boring professional conference.
You know the ones: cold hotel conference rooms. Long opening sessions where you're obligated to clap for long lists of sponsors. Boring sessions. No breaks. No sunlight. Bad coffee. And you have to spend over a thousand bucks for the privilege to be there.
Thankfully, there's people like Rory Green and Maeve Strathy who are doing their damnedest to change that.
And they just might start a fundraising revolution in the process.
Last week was the first ever #DonorLove Rendezvous, and if you missed it, I feel bad for ya.
The whole day was a blast. Interesting, funny speakers. A beautiful, sun-filled venue, and coffee, oh the delicious, barista-made coffee!
Rather than sit here and wax poetic about the conference, why don't I just show you some of the scenes and hear from some attendees yourself in the video below?
